• An easily accessible area at your home, such as a porch, front stoop, backyard, etc.
• Access to the lobby of apartment buildings with front desk attendants, where customers can leave and retrieve laundry orders.
• A key or alarm to access apartment buildings without an attended front desk, in which case customers leave their laundry in the lobby or outside their apartment door.
